3. There is a difference between Venomous and Poisonous. Venom is injecting through a bite or a sting such as a snake bite or the sting of a scorpion. Poison on the other hand can harm you through touch, breathing it in or though eating it e.g. a poison dart frog can kill you from physical touch if you have an open wound even something like a scratch.
